4. Intellectual property
The PulseVault service and its components (texts, interfaces, logos, documentation, dashboard, API and command-line client code) are protected under the French Intellectual Property Code, in particular articles L.111-1 and L.335-2.
Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation of all or part of these components, by any means, is prohibited without prior written authorisation from the publisher or an express licence shipped with the code concerned.
You retain all rights in the secrets, configurations and content you store in the service. The publisher holds only the technical licence strictly necessary to store them encrypted and return them to you.
5. Limitation of liability
The publisher makes reasonable efforts to keep the information published on the service accurate and up to date, and to keep the service accessible. It nevertheless disclaims liability for any service interruption, any bug, and any inaccuracy or omission in the information published.

6. Reporting illegal content
Pursuant to article 16 of regulation (EU) 2022/2065 on digital services (DSA), you may report content you consider illegal to [email protected]. The report must state the URL or resource concerned, a description of the facts, the reasons why the content is considered illegal, and a statement of good faith.
